Group Training
Group Training by FitMom And Friends....

You can join one of our established group training sessions—or start your own! At FitMom
And Friends, there are no dues, sign-up or membership fees. You choose to join for 3, 6 or 12
months. Your personal trainer will lead you and your group through a total body fitness
workout.

Work out two to three times a week with a small group of 6-8 people, with a trainer to lead
you through a challenging, full body weight training workout that will get your heart racing,
your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels high!

Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological
principles. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your
overall fitness level.

FitMom and Friends' small group training offers you the benefits of having your own
trainer…at a fraction of the cost of private training. And perhaps best of all? It’s FUN!!
